Good things happen when you give the Sun Devils five days to prepare for their opponent, and unfortunately for Florida A&M, Sunday proved to be no different. The Arizona State men's basketball team picked up its second victory of the season with a 97-70 win to improve to 2-0 for the first time since the 2009-10 season.

ASU's 97 points is the third most under Coach Sendek. The most came on Nov. 20, 2009 when his team dropped 104 against San Francisco.

Sun Devil James Harden earned the second gold medal for Arizona State in the 2012 Summer Olympics as Team USA beat Spain in the men's basketball final, Aug. 12, in London.

Harden hit two free throws late as Spain closed the gap to six with under a minute to play.

Head basketball coach Herb Sendek and players Carrick Felix, Jahii Carson and Jordan Bachynski sat down with over 50 Sun Devil fans to answer questions in the first ever ASU fan press conference.

The team opened up Wells Fargo Arena to fans for food and a shoot around, and allowed them to ask them questions about the upcoming season.
